Victor
The hotel had recently updated bathrooms with nice tile and the beds were comfortable. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave, which was convenient. The location of the hotel was great, with a pleasant view of the river.
The service at the restaurant was slow and the elevator was inconveniently located.

Although the hotel has aged I felt it was very clean and appeared to have been well maintained. The staff at both the front desk and bar/restruant were exceptionally friendly and informative.
The bed and the pillows were not comfortable at all. The cheap foam pillows made the overall experience much less pleasing. Spend more money on quality sleep items since that is what most people use the hotel for.

Enjoyed a cozy room with a stunning river view, and friendly staff. the location is strategic, within a few meters of public transport and the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore. I also appreciated the free parking, which saved me quite a bit of money.
The hotel's decor needs an update, some of the common areas and the room furniture have an outdated feel. the restaurant service could have been better.
